Terms and Conditions

These terms describe Fresa's private educational SMS vocabulary program for one recipient in the operator's household.
The Fresa program
Fresa sends SHSAT vocabulary practice words by SMS, one at a time, and replies to the recipient's answers with feedback and an example sentence. Messages may also include reminders and occasional milestone encouragement.
The program is educational. Fresa sends no marketing or promotional messages and no links of any kind in its messages.
Consent
Consent is given directly to Fresa in person and is not bundled into any other agreement. The recipient agreed before any message was sent. There is no website form, purchased list, or opt-in keyword.
Consent information
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates.
Message frequency and charges
Fresa may send up to 7 messages per day, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM America/New_York. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to stop messages immediately. Reply HELP to receive help information.
